01# 新家的仪式感-开工庆典

在项目施工前，HDG HOME特为业主举办了一场派对式的开工庆典，在欢乐的音乐、自由的交谈中，开启对理想生活的期待！业主夫妇都从事较为自由艺术的职业领域，又有留学背景，在北京这座国际化城市里，他们有对未来生活方式不一样的见解，不拘泥于传统，不忽视平淡生活里的细节，不盲目追逐潮流，从新家施工开始，新生活的火花已燃起！

On September 6th 2022, The HDG team organized the inauguration ceremony, celebrating the start of the RuiYueFu House project for Construction, create a clean minimalism and restrained monochrome colour palette concept, referring to the professional attributes, unique lifestyle and interests of the owners, Miss Wu and Mr. Fang. The dedication ceremony did not only commemorate the completion of design and honours the hard work of team, but also encourage the construction team, with the same goal of providing each customer with the best quality service.

02# 设计交底

应业主要求，我们召集设计管理人员、工程管理人员、方案设计师、施工图设计师、施工单位进行现场施工交底会。对接需要拆除的项目，给水及排水的管理布置、特殊及不常用材料、工艺等方面的交底，保证项目顺利开工。

At the request of the owner, we convened the design management personnel, engineering management personnel, scheme designers, construction drawing designers, and construction units to conduct on-site construction disclosure meetings. Docking the projects that need to be demolished, the management and layout of water supply and drainage, and the disclosure of special and uncommon materials and process lamps to ensure the smooth start of the project.

03# 新的开始，先拆除

方方正正，从来都不是对生活有别样期待朋友的的选择！拆除涵盖墙面、地面、顶面，卫生间、卧室、客厅、地下室等区域。拆除之前，我们会确定哪里是绝对不能拆的部分，拆除时间也必须按照规定时间，尽量避免对周围邻居造成噪音困扰。拆除产生的建筑垃圾，放到物业指定的建筑垃圾清运点。

The first step of decoration starts with smashing the unwanted existing walls, and keeping the load-bearing walls and beams, according to the drawing plans and planning of the circulation of the space from the design and engineering team, who remain in constant communication with the construction team with professional training and learning. At this stage, the pounded beams that needed to be rebuilt, counters and new walls are gradually inserted, forming strong steel bars and flat beams. 

04# 基础施工

首先在墙面防潮防裂处理，抹灰时增设金属加强网，木饰面采用U 型轻钢龙骨安装，以作强力支撑，并在不同材质的接缝处粘贴接缝带,以针对性措施最大程度预防减少墙顶开裂。

First of all, the wall is moisture-proof and crack-proof, a metal reinforcement net is added when plastering, the wood finish is installed with a U-shaped light steel keel for strong support, and seam tapes are pasted at the joints of different materials to prevent and reduce cracking on the top of the wall to the greatest extent possible.

05# 隐蔽施工

电路与水路也在之前与设计师进行了反复的沟通并确认。着重点在于上下水管线及点位安装，强电与弱电布管布线安装；其次是新风与除湿系统、空调的控制面板，这些设备的位置应满足方便且又不影响美观。

According to the construction standard, all strong power lines and water pipes are laid out to the ground, all grooved and fixed, as one of the most important links in the renovation, which is a hidden project in the decoration, executed by an experienced lighting engineer to complete the functionality of the entire house. All the light lines and switches have also been repeatedly communicated and confirmed with the designer, as well as the location of the most reasonable access port and of the air outlet, ensuring the operation effect in the future use of air conditioning.

06# 地暖铺设

地暖施工一共分八个阶段，在满足基础条件施工的每一步都有严格的数据标准。采用胶粘方式将60mm宽PE边角保温材粘贴在边墙上。整齐铺设铝箔铺，搭接10mm并用胶带粘牢，钢丝网片之间绑扎固定。直管固定间距不大于600mm，弯管段不大于300mm，避免出现死折，导致受热不均。加装整弯器，使管道成90度角，并完成回填层，安装温控系统后进行压力测试。

尤其是在地下阳光房内，地暖的安装基本满足了业主的居住功能，这里将不是传统印象里潮湿的地下室，而是变成通透、温暖、娱乐休闲的空间。

There are eight phases of floor heating construction, and strict data standards are required at each step of construction that meets the basic conditions. The 60mm wide PE corner insulation material is glued to the side wall. Aluminum foil is laid neatly, lapped 10mm and glued with tape, and tied and fixed between steel wire mesh sheets. The fixed spacing of straight pipes is not more than 600mm, and the bending section is not more than 300mm to avoid dead folds and cause uneven heating. Install a bender to make the pipe at a 90-degree angle, complete the backfill layer, install the temperature control system and perform a pressure test.

Especially in the underground sun room, the installation of floor heating basically meets the owner's residence, not the traditional impression of the humid basement, transparent and warm space, and more entertainment and leisure functions.

07# 造型安装

为了帮助业主实现上下空间的自在穿梭，设计师在一层与负一层之间，添加旋转楼梯，在小小的空间内，实现了便捷的生活。同时旋转楼梯增强了负一层休闲娱乐价值，颜值与功能并存，可谓小天地大美处。在楼梯施工前期，施工监理特别定制楼梯造型，同时要求材质、尺寸、工艺等方面都力图达到完美精确。

Floor heating is today a common process, which is also a hidden project in the decoration process and but still one of the key points that cannot be ignored. In the Ruiyue House project, although with the limitation of the floor height of the house, the demand for floor heating was still met, with the panels placed in a position would not affect the aesthetics of the design.

将地下空间打造成阳光房

地下一层空间，本是灰暗潮湿的印象，设计师综合业主的兴趣、人生阅历、生活品位...将地下一层打造成通透的阳光房，其风格也在业主周围的朋友圈子内稀有。在施工初期，将固有墙面拆除，做保护层，尤其是拱形门、天花顶部玻璃造型，从选材到制作工艺、安装，期间解除种种困难，终于做到与设计师、业主都满意的美感效果。

The basement space was originally a gray and damp area, and the designer synthesizes the owner's interests, life experience, and life taste,  to transform it into a transparent sun room, perfect for receiving guests and create a unique connection with the outdoor environment.In the early stage of construction, the inherent wall was first demolished, and the factory was contacted to make a special glass screen surface modelling, made of a light steel strcuture, and soft connections to prevent the cracking of the wall corners.

08# 期待未来新家

施工期间因受疫情影响，HDG HOME尽力协调厂家、工人、产品的达到时间，有力保证项目工程如期完成，更将专业、品质、安全时刻谨记，确保为业主呈现完美的家。目前，瑞悦府基础施工已基本完成，接下来将进行竣工验收，交付，软装配饰进场。

After the design plan, communication plan, selection of materials, the construction of the RuiYueFu House project is going very smoothly, up to the stage of finishing the walls recently.
